Acquisition of La Preciosa project: The company recently secured a rare opportunity to repurchase all royalties on La Preciosa, making the asset unencumbered. This USD 13.25 mn acquisition lowers operating costs, enhances NAV per share, and maximizes project value for stakeholders.
